We Pay it Forward to the Earth (or, actually, Back to the Earth)

One of our Favourite quotes at Green Plan-It is...

So, Green Plan-It is proud to "pay our rent" to the earth, the people on it and the animals roaming it. We will donate a percentage of our profits to a chosen environmentally/socially/ethically focused charity every year. Know that when you enroll for one of our sessions you are contributing money back to the featured non-profit foundations or events.

For 2009 we are dividing your kind contributions two ways. The Calgary Humane Society (www.calgaryhumane.ca) will benefit with a donation to its programs. Rescuing all types of animals from neglectful and abusive homes and caring for them requires amazing people and funds from caring citizens. You are helping to make an animals life more comfortable just by participating in a Green Plan-It session.

Our next recipient for 2009 will be CPAWS - Calgary (www.cpawscalgary.org). The Canadian Parks and Wilderness Association envisages a healthy ecosphere where people experience and respect natural ecosystems. They strive to protect Canada's wild ecosystems in parks, wilderness and similar natural areas, preserving the full diversity of habitats and their species and promote awareness and understanding of ecological principles through education, appreciation and experience.
