The "Green Our School" program has two different streams.   There is "Green Our School for Parents" and for "Green our School for Teachers".

1. Green Our School for Parents offers parents the opportunity to support greener routines during the school day through home practices and incorporates information from the "Goin' Green for Parents" workshop.  Parent Council can offer this session as part of a movement towards greener initiatives.  This session includes issues on school transportation, vehicle idling, school snacks and ways to implement greener, healthier changes at home and school.
    
2. Green Our School for Teachers provides information to teachers and staff about current environmental statistics and pressing issues surrounding children and our planet.  For school staff wondering how to build in a sense of stewardship and a greater awareness of global citizenship this workshop will provide:
   
   • methods to create a healthier, greener classroom and school atmosphere.  
   • curriculum connections and resources that can enhance greener classroom initiatives.
   • and, provide teachers with alternatives.
